The industrial paint shop in shipbuilding
As an industrial spray shop, we are specialized in shipbuilding. Occasionally, work also comes from other sectors, but this is first coordinated properly. Our halls are set up in such a way that we can process both large and smaller orders side by side. We have paint that can/must dry in the air, and also paint that must be dried in the oven.

Various pretreatments

Our professionals are well aware that each ship has its own manual to which the repair is then also tailored per treatment. Of course, the material of the boat, the substrate and the condition of the paint are of decisive importance.

We work exclusively with high-quality products (such as Hempel and Sigma) and in accordance with the environmental guidelines that apply to these processes. An extensive coating report can be provided if desired.

If the material needs to be blasted first, to get the best spraying result, this can also take place in our own blasting cabin. We always coordinate this with the customer in advance. View more information about blasting here.
